FT Studio is a residential architecture studio based in Cambridgeshire, jointly led by an architect and an architectural technologist, each with over 12 years’ experience delivering residential projects across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
The studio specialises exclusively in domestic architecture – house extensions, loft conversions, whole-house refurbishments, retrofit and bespoke new homes – including work on listed buildings, conservation areas and other planning-sensitive contexts.

How we work
Close to the details. From start to finish.
Rather than separating concept design from construction thinking, we develop both in parallel, testing proposals early for design quality, planning strategy and buildability.
Both directors are actively involved throughout each project, contributing to decisions across design development, technical resolution and delivery.
